**Without the written permission of the company**, users may not copy, read, use, edit, or rearrange the information content of the "DingGuo" software and related services for commercial purposes, or implement any actions that negatively affect the content.
The company has the right to judge and take appropriate measures for violations. Users who cause third-party complaints or claims shall bear all legal liabilities themselves. If the company suffers losses due to the user's illegal actions, the user shall fully compensate the company.
**You understand and agree that the company does not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of the service** due to existing technologies and conditions, and risks such as force majeure, viruses, hacking, etc. The company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the services without notice or compensation liability.

**You understand and agree that the company provides no warranties (express or implied) regarding the service.** The company does not guarantee: (1) suitability for user requirements; (2) uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service; or (3) that errors will be corrected. **The company will not bear responsibility for losses caused by force majeure.** Your use of the software and related services is at your own risk.
Minors under 18 must use the service with guardian supervision, guidance, and consent. Minors and their guardians bear all consequences for violations. Special tips for minors include proper internet use, avoiding addiction, and abiding by the National Convention on Adolescent Cyber Civilization.
These terms will be continuously improved. Your continued use of DingGuo after improvements are published is deemed acceptance. The headings are for convenience only. You and the company are independent entities; these Terms do not create an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. The company reserves all rights to interpret and modify these terms.
